Chef John's Ranch Dressing
The consistency is more like that of a dip. It worked great for dipping veggies versus a dressing for salad! I did add a lil extra of some of the seasoning and such because the mayo taste was most prominent and I almost didn't like it, but let me tell ya it gets better the longer it sits in the fridge. Love chef john. :)

Banana Waffles
I mashed the bananas and added to the mix first, but even with the addition of vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon theses still lacked flavor and came out spongy. Very dissapointed.

Roasted Tomatillo and Garlic Salsa
This is a pretty good recipe. And my first time roasting tomatillos. I skipped the water (didn't need it) and added just a bit of lime juice. I think next time I make this I'll skip the cilantro (changes the flavor) and either add less jalapenos or take out the seeds prior to roasting. Otherwise yum.
