I'm a wife and mother to 3 girls. I've been cooking since I was very young. I love to eat and love to try new things. I work full time, so I love to find recipes that save time but still taste great. I make sure to read reviews before trying recipes, which is probably why most recipes turn out pretty good for me. I love to bake. Cookies, pies, breads and cheesecake are my specialty. Every Thanksgiving I cook a huge meal for my family and anyone else who drops by. For Halloween I make graveyard cupcakes for work or my kids school. My kids love to help make and decorate cookies and cakes. My cheesecake is my own recipe that I've adapted from a base that was only so-so. I make many different variations, by adding flavors or toppings. Too many to name but I've learned from each one of them.
