Jalapeno Snacks
Oh Boy are these good! Since it was so cold out, I baked these in the oven on some cooling racks inside of a jelly roll pan. That lets the greese drip down away from the snacks. My family begs for these all the time. Thanks for a great recipe.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Oh, this was good! I didn't get the beef in time to put it in the slow cooker, so I did it on the stovetop. My family really, REALLY liked it. I added about a teaspoon or so of Red pepper flakes just to give it a bit of a kick. This is going into the rotation for sure.

T Bird's Beef Jerky
I've been making this for a few years now. The first time I followed it to a T. I love worchestershire sauce, but it was overpowering in this recipe. I've since cut it back to 2/3 c. and use 1 1/4 c. Light Soy sauce. I follow everything else as written. Thanks Dewy.
