Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I would actually give this a 2 1/2. I found it to be runny, tasteless and just blah. I will not be trying it again.

Scones

I switched out half the milk for half cup OJ. Threw in some dried cranberries and glazed with OJ heated with confectionary sugar. Pretty good. I will use again! Thank you!!

I thought it was just ok. The bottom part was not peanuty enough and the choc chips didn't spread well. The icing was tasty. Overall, I won't be bothering with it again. I will continue my search for the perfect peanut butter bar.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a great recipe! I added a cup of chopped dry roasted nuts. I also used 1/2 cooking margerine and 1/2 real butter. I rolled some of them in plain sugar and some in cinnamon and sugar. They were a hit either way. Thanks!!

Streusel Coffee Cake

Love Love Love this recipe. A huge hit with family and guests. Switched the white sugar topping for brown suger;increased it to 1 1/2 cp with pecans. ended it with a milk confec glaze. Yummy!!

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake

OMG!! My oven ran out of gas in the last twenty minutes of baking so I just shut if off and left the cake in there with the door shut. This is the best cheesecake I have ever made in my life!! It probably sat in the oven for about two hours while I was waiting for the gas man. I gave up up decided what the heck we will try it. Wonderful!!

Chocolate Macaroon Tunnel Cake

The cake itself was divine. I doubled the filling and was glad that I did. The icing was a disappointment, however that may be because I am use to much better. I normally make a Southern Living chocolate pound cake with a boiled chocolate buttermilk icing that is sublime.

Fantastic Mexican Dip

I made this dish for a going away party; what a hit!!! I changed the meat to one lb GB and one lb hot sausage. I left out the lettuce as it was not going to be served for a few hours after preperation. Everyone begged of rthe recipe!!
