Uglies

So delicious!!!! I used French Onion soup mix instead of BBQ Sauce. I also made homemad biscuits, stuffd the meat in the center while it was was uncooked, then baked it all at once. The biscuits baked up and around the meat creating a neat little "tart" looking thing. SO YUMMY!!! And not so ugly this way ;-) This recipe has LOTS of potential with all kinds of creative and different additives. MMM-Good!

Chicken Pot Pie II

Yum Yum. Husband does not like store bought chicken pot pie, but this...he had three pieces and then brought the leftovers for lunch!! A huge hit even with the children (who are very picky eaters!!)

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Very very good. However the 1 hour baking time was not long enough. The potatoes were still pretty hard and ended up a bit lumpy. Next time I will cook them longer, but I will definately make them again.

New Duchess Spice Cake with Maple Buttercream Frosting

WAY too much frosting! But the cake was excellent!! I will be making another cake today to use up the other half of the frosting from the first batch. Next time I will cut the frosting measurements in half. I also had to alter the cook time to 50 minutes (9x9 spring form pan).

Pepper Steak and Rice

A little bland. I did as the previous reviews suggested and added a tbsp of soy sauce, however it was still lacking something. I added some plain table salt to my own plate once I served it and it was terrific. So...when making it in the future I think I will add about a tbsp of salt during prep.
