Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
With some changes, I was able to make some exceptional peanut butter cookies. I used 1 cup Skippy - Natural No-Stir creamy peanut butter and 1 cup real peanut butter. (By real, I mean the kind that is made literally only by grinding up peanuts. I was able to find this in the healthy/bulk aisle at my grocery store.) I decreased the sugar to 1 cup and decreased the baking soda to 1 teaspoon. I also added about 1/2 cup chocolate chips. I had made these once before and found them to be entirely too sweet, so halving the sugar suited my tastes. Also, don't be afraid to add about 1 tablespoon of flour if your dough needs it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This has become my dad's favorite soup. I prefer to use turkey sausage instead of the ham and add in about a teaspoon of hungarian paprika prior to serving. My family prefers it a little less thick so I only add about 3/4 of the bechamel (white) sauce and reserve the rest for other recipes.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
I used a can of fire roasted diced tomatoes and added extra garlic... and it was delicious! This recipe gets 5 stars because of the simplicity of the sauce. The basic ingredients really allow the tomato flavor to shine.
