Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 18, 2014
Easy as pie...follow recipe, put in 350 oven for 1 hour, cut off oven and leave for 4 hours and DON'T OPEN DOOR. The cheese cake was wonderful, texture was great.I did wrap the cake in Saran wrap when I refrigerated it. When I made the cake again, I added 1/4 cup of sugar in crust. No cracks in cakes and tasted better than any cheesecake you could buy. Have no fear, this is a great recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2014
I halved the recipe and took the advice of others and added half teaspoon of salt and a generous tablespoon of vanilla, and teaspoon of baking powder.I used 1 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of Heath bar chips leftover from another recipe plus 1 cup toasted pecans. This is a GREAT cookie. They had a crisp little crust outside and a chewy inside. I chilled the dough for 3 hours and the cookie did not spread. They cooked for about 12 min. But they were thicker than yor normal cookie. Try the recipe.....you will like it

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2014
I have used other recipes for blue berry muffins and this is the best. I always use Cracker Barrel restaurant 's muffins as a comparison for my attempts . Made my day when I made this recipe and took some to my neighbor. She called and thanked me for the Cracker Barrel muffins. This is THE recipe to use. Made them as per recipe except used 1 1/2 cups of blue berries. The batter is thick and got 8 large muffins. I used topping sparingly on 4 and 4 without. The sweetness of the muffins were right on. Thanks for a great recipe.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2014
WOW! I followed recipe exactly the first time. It must have been good because by the time I cleaned the kitchen, all the muffins were gone. Second time I used coffee instead of water and peanut butter chips instead of chocolate. Topped it with peanut butter icing ( 1/3 cup butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar with 1tb.milk,bring to boil stirring constantly for 2min then add 2/3 cup peanut butter and let cool until it thickens)...they were soooo good. Next time I might try a healthy version but how can you improve perfection. I made giant muffins instead of bundt cake and cooked them at 350 for 35 min.
