Spicy-Sweet Glazed Salmon
This is fantastic! I used a whisk instead of a blender, and the marinade still come out really good! I added a dash of cayenne pepper, because I really love spicy food. Also, my salmon filets were really thick, so I decided to bake them for about 15 minutes before I broiled. It came out perfectly. Can't wait to make this again.

Fancy-But-Easy Mac N' Cheese
I've made this multiple times for parties. I still use the brown sugar, but I cut it in half.. To counter the sweetness of the brown sugar, I add bacon. That sweet/salty combo adds a lot to the dish, I think!! I found that the pre-cooked bacon is best, it's less greasy and heats up nicely in the oven.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I don't like lemon juice, so I omit that. However, I make this once a week and it is FANTASTIC!! You can easy lower the fat content by simply using light butter and light mayo. I have shared this recipe with others as well, and they have raved about it as well.
