Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is SO good. I make it for potlucks at work and everyone always expects it and asks for the recipe. I make it a little lower in fat sometimes by using half Greek yogurt, half mayo, and low fat cream cheese. Lowfat or non traditional mayo and nonfat cream cheese works ok, but doesn't taste nearly as good. I also top it with cheddar or Mexican blend instead of using Parmesan. It is delicious warm or cold.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I cooked this in the crockpot all day and added the milk/flour mixture in the last hour of cooking. Also sautéed the onions and celery in olive oil before adding them and added fresh chopped parsley. Tasted amazing! Thanks for this recipe!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is SO so yummy. Perfectly moist, and the cinnamon adds great flavor. I only have one bread pan, so made muffins and one loaf. Also sprinkled a little brown sugar on top for added crunch. Didn't add the walnuts. Next time I will add pecans and try to use applesauce instead of oil. YUM.

All-Day Apple Butter

I made this with about half the ingredients and added half a large can of pumpkin to make it pumpkin apple butter. All I can say is AMAZING. This was delicious and I still have some in my fridge. I added nutmeg, ginger, and used more cinnamon and cloves than it calls for because I love those flavors. AND it made my house smell wonderful and Fall-ish!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

OMG This is SO good. I used one can cream of chicken, one can cream of celery, added carrots and mushrooms, no onion (didn't have one in the house), added parsley and a few other random spices. I'm an idiot and tried to use frozen biscuit dough instead of refrigerated, so I had to throw the dumplings away but the soup by itself was GOOD, and the chicken so flavorful and tender. Next time I'll use the right biscuit dough ;)

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles

These are REALLY good. I had no maple sugar, so I just rolled them in cinnamon sugar. Only issue I had was that I had to push them down with a fork and then cook them for longer than it says, but I wonder if it's because I live at a higher altitude? Very good cookies!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are DELICIOUS! I used raspberries because I had no blueberries on hand. The dough was thicker than I expected, so I thought i'd made a mistake at first, but no...they are perfect. Best muffins EVER
