Sausage Casserole

SUPER easy and can add veggies to it as you wish. Next time I think I'm gonna mix it all together and forget about the extra potato step. Very good, lots of compliments!

These cookies are so good and easy considering how cute they are. The only thing I did differently was use grease (Pam). The first time I made them I used an ungreased muffin pan as it says and they would not come out of the pan. The 2nd time I used a greased pan and they came out perfectly. I let them cool in pan for about 10 mins.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I make this quiche for all the showers I bring something to and often for my family. It's very easy, inexpensive and anything you add to it will be good! I have made it as mini quiches before as well in mini muffin cups.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

This was amazing! And pretty easy. I didn't have parsley so didn't use it and grocery was out of fresh basil so used dried. It was soooo GOOD!!!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These potatoes smelled amazing when they were cooking! I used 3 minced garlic cloves, omitted onions b/c didn't have any, used a sprinkle or oregano and a squirt of dijon mustard b/c didn't have dry mustard. This all prob changed the outcome but they were good! :)

Lamb and Winter Vegetable Stew

Don't slice the onions, chop them! Mine turned out hard and not good. Maybe I did something wrong? I hadn't had parsnips before, I don't love them just a personal preference. Other than that the stew was yummy!

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This was good! My first cheesecake. When I make it again I'll probably use a 10-in pan (like another reviewer said) the brownie crust was pretty thick. Also, make sure you make chewy brownies- mine were kinda tough.

Honey Baked Chicken II

This is a great and simple recipe. I used less butter- 2 or 3 T and since there are only 2 of us, I made 2 chicken breasts. I should have cooked it for less time. I cooked in 40 minutes and the chicken was very dry. I am sure it is b/c there was a lot less to cook and it was boneless, skinless. Next time will do 30 minutes or less.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

This recipe is great! It is so simple. I usually boil the chicken the night before (or freeze it) and throw everything into the crockpot to cook while I am at work. I think sitting all day makes the flavors combine really well!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

This recipe was great! Relatively easy and very impressive looking. I baked the Rolls until they were a little crispy and warm- instead of frying them. They turned out perfect. Probably not as good but still yummy!
