Blackberry Cobbler
This deserves 5 stars for it's ease, but I thought it could use a lot more berries - closer to 5 cups for the amount of bread-like topping the recipe makes.

Best-Ever Texas Caviar
I like an assault on my tastebuds, so I add about 2.5 tsp of ground cumin, increase the garlic powder to 2 tsp and double the rice vinegar. I omit the oil and reduce the sugar to about 1 Tbs. Healthy and full-flavored!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Super easy and delish! I didn't use as much sugar for the salsa as the recipe advises - used maybe 1T of white and 1T of brown. Will use even less next time and if berries are in season, I don't think I'll add any sugar. The preserves sweatened it plenty. Really was a delicious snack. My husband, 2 year old and I ate the entire batch in one sitting. I am very ashamed :)
