It was alright, if I use this recipe again, there will be a lot of modifying. First, I cut the cream cheese to about a 1/2 of what was state. Also, I used vegetable soup stock instead of water, and about twice what was recommended, as the soup was way too thick.
I don't like the flavor that cream cheese gave the soup - use milk or half& half or yogurst instead - definitely cream cheese though.
