Calico Bean Casserole

This is wonderful! My husband and I love it! I prepare the recipe just as it is written except I omit the bacon. (I love bacon, just messy to cook!) Very simple to prepare; tastes great when eaten with saltines!

Mom's Mustard Style Potato Salad

Delicious, although I didn't mash the cubed potatos and I added more mustard and mayo. I also added red wine vinegar, as mentioned in another review, and some Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic for a fun kick! Turned out awesome!
