Instead of beer I add ¼ cup of Tequila, also 3 slices of onion, thinly sliced, 2 slices of green bell pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic, minced with the 3 tbl brown sugar and ½ c. catsup. Recipe was reduced to serve 2.
