My husband said, wow you made peas taste good. I did put a little parm. cheese on them right before bringing them to the table, and I feel that added something to the dish. But I love cheese on everything. My husband ate them as is, I put them on pasta as my main dish. Excellent both ways. Thanks for the recipe!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

This is a good soup, but I followed others advice and put in less potatoes(4). It really needed all the potatoes. If anything, I wish the recipe put the amount of potatoes needed in cups measurement because of the range of sizes of potatoes.

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

I really like this recipe BEFORE I put it in the oven. In fact, I was eating the leftover sauce out of the pan, but the 30 minutes in the oven made the sauce set up and even get a little gritty. If I make this again I won't bake it.

Pizza Swirls

This recipe is awesome! Very kid friendly. Its the same concept as a cinnamon roll only with pizza filling. I did have trouble with the dough sticking to the counter when I was rolling it up, but with how tender and soft the dough turned out, I wouldn't change a thing.

Granny's Corn Flour Tortillas

These tortillas are great. They are sturdy tortillas that stand up to filling. I used the damp towel idea for covering the tortillas and that worked well. I did have a couple of them get hard around the edges, but I think its just because I cooked them too long. My family was a little hestitant at first, but loved them. In fact my son used them the next day with his eggs. Its a keeper.
