Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2008
Broccoli fixed this way is addicting! I cut broccoli vertically and use the stalks too. Toss in bowl, sprinkle w/ montreal seasoning, drizzle w/ olive oil and bake in oven. You won't be able to stop eating!!! My fave way to make broccoli.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2008
love caesar salad..this was just as good as any restaurant serves! I put the garlic, anchovies, worchestire sauce, parm cheese, dijon, and lemon juice in food processor, then added to mayo. I like my dressing a little thinner so i added some FF milk. Also, I did the croutons in the oven, spraying w/ PAM and sprinking garlic powder, paprika. Yummmay! My guests raved also!

My 1st attempt at our Rochester NY signature dish! I must say ....i was impressed w/ myself! i followed the recipe pretty much to the T --except sauteed my chix in 1/2 EVOO and 1/2 butter. I tripled the sauce (6# of chix!) and used a pinot gregio in lieu of the sherry. alot of raves from family and guests...!!! also followed the recipe and used aritchokes....simply divine!!!! you ROCK rocgrandma!

Black Bean Hummus

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
yum yum! if you can get past the color --- something different...made mine w/ more tahini (2 TBSP), FRESH squeezed LIME juice, a few shakes of ADOBO seasoning, only used a few TBSP of the liquid from beans but drizzled EVOO as the consistency seemed too dry....sprayed pita bread w/ pam and sprinkled w/ lawrys season salt (USE VERY SPARINGLY) and a quick sprinkle of mexican chili pepper spice....really went well w/ dip....

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
a great switch off from reg. mashed potatoes. i love roasted garlic and make mine by cutting off just the top of bulb. place on square of foil, drizzle w/ EVOO and sprinkle w/ some sea salt. wrap up and place in 325 oven for an hour. Squeeze into bowl. boil potatoes. drain, leaving a few TBSP of water and put in bowl w/ garlic. I warmed the milk, omitted the cheese, added some snipped chives and whipped these were yummy!! a drizzle of butter is all you need!
