Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies II
Excellent moist cookie. I like this recipe because it does not use shortening like most of the other recipes. I did take some advice from other posts though. I cut the cinnamon in half and added nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. I also used whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 cups pumpkin. Delicious and healthy too!

Jewish Apple Cake I
Awesome! So moist. I used 4 cups of apples and replaced half the oil with butter. I probably added a little more orange juice than the recipe called for too. Baking time was about 70 minutes. Perfect!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
Awesome pie! I did cut the sugars in half and used an assortment of apples. Great pie served in a bowl with milk warmed in the microwave....Pennsylvania Dutch style!
