Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies

To my surprise this was excellent. I had low expectations when I put it in the oven and even left out a little of the squash thinking I had to much and it wouldn't be flavorful. Oops! I was wrong. My husband didn't even tell me this would be better with sausage like he does with any recipe I use ground beef in.

Stuffed Acorn Squash

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I do have to admit that I used a Stove Top Stuffing mix in stead of plain bread crumbs, didn't use the sugar and put about half the butter. I also mixed everything together before stuffing the squash. What a great way to use acorn squash.

Lisa's Macaroni and Cheese

This recipe was pretty good. I sauted onions in the butter and then melted the cheese and added the milk. Because the reviews indicated it was somewhat dry I added 1/2 cup of half and half. After I mixed all the ingredience I put Italian bread crumbs on top and only cooked for 30 mins. I've never made home made macaroni and cheese and was pleasantly surprised.
