I've never cooked salmon and never grilled on a cedar plank. I had it at a restaurant and thought I'd give it a try. This recipe was perfect and delicious. Best of all...it couldn't have been any easier! There is no question that this will be a frequent request at my house!

Loved it! Not only is this a pretty easy recipe..but it's delicious! I had to tell a couple of my friends that "hate egg nog" that they had had enough.

Seafood Fettuccine

This dish is DELICIOUS! Though it only took a few minutes to prepare, it tasted as if I had spent all day on it. Because we love garlic, I added a little bit of roasted garlic to it, which was awesome.
