I've been cooking since I was 17 years old, spent many weekends at my grandmothers to learn family recipes. As I increased my skills I would spend time with my in-laws to learn their family recipes. I started my own catering company over 20 years ago, and started traveling and would learn skills and techniques and more recipes from my travels to France, Spain, Italy, Portugal etc.
