Crab Quiche I

This was delicious as a crustless quiche. I just poured the filling into 4 greased individual casserole dishes. Easy and so good!

Orange Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2001
SO moist and delicious! After reading comments regarding too much of a lemony taste, I used orange extract instead of lemon and added the zest of one orange. It had a great orange flavor! Served it with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh rasberries. Yum!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Everyone raved about this! Very unique and attractive, too. I used the pork sausage and since I did it in a casserole rather than a turkey, I increased the amount of broth.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2001
I never thought I'd replace my grandmother's recipe, but this will do it! Soft, chewy and so good! I just divided the dough in two, patted each half into a flat circle, then put the dough in the freezer for about an hour. I had no trouble rooling it out. I made fairly thick Valentines cut-outs and only got about 2 1/2 dozen. Delicious with powdered sugar frosting with a bit of almond added.
