Very good. I have to admit that there is too much mixture for the eggs. I mixed some tuna with the left over filling and had a sandwich. Yummy!

Easy Meatloaf

I have never made meatloaf before. I don't even like meatloaf. My husband does; so I found this recipe. Thank You for this recipe. It was quick and easy. I didn't have brown sugar so I subed it with a half pack of hot chocolate mix. So amazing! Just enough chocolate sweetness but doesn't over power. I am not gonna stray from this recipe esp with the hot chocolate mix sub. I like meatloaf now. :)

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Loved it! Easy! Set and forget. We used the chicken for BBQ Nachos. We hurt ourselves. We had to get it out of eye view/ arm's reach to stop eating it. Saving it!

Stuffed Mushrooms II

Didn't have as much flavor as expected. The crab seemed to stick out. It didn't blend with the flavors. I can tell from all the reviews that this recipe is hit or miss. It was ok to me but my husband stated that the ones with more crab the less he liked it.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Nice and bubbley! The chicken is so tender. Meat peels right off. Had to have a fork cause they were so tender. So what if the sauce didn't completely caramelize. Taste is sweet but not too sweet. We have already refridgerated and reheated.... Still Tender!! and Juicy!!

Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs

Amazing! I cooked on low for 8 hours. Meat falls off the bone. It was falling off the bone when I attempted to transfer it to a baking sheet. Wonderful. I followed a few reviewers tweaks. I marinated the ribs overnite in a blend of personal preference flavors. I used a bottle of Fat Tire Beer instead of water. I added another layer of BBQ sauce and put them back in the oven on broil for 5 mins to get that crust. Wow! just Wow!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

I hate coleslaw. Bleh! Nasty! I love this?! What?! MY family loves this. I tweak nothing. I first made it as an extra side at a gathering. Cheap and easily acceptable side dish to any pot luck. I tasted it due to morbid curiosity. So Good! I will be happy to serve this to anyone at a party without Irritable bowel syndrome.

Toscana Soup

I need a 1000 servings of this! It disappears from my kitchen so quickly. I made it the first time exactly as the recipe calls for. I am not good at tweaking unless I have a baseline. My only complaint was the sodium content. Made my mouth draw up. A reviewer stated that crushed red pepper is great. I liked the spice but my daughter stated that it was too much. Begrudgingly I eliminated the crush red pepper. I put less chicken base and NO salt to curb the sodium. It was good but it lacked that spice I liked. I now make either 2 batches or One with a medium heat. LOVE!

Cheesy Squash and Zucchini Casserole

OMG! I have an 18 year old girl that is on the path of being a chef. It is her dream. I tell you that because everything I make comes to scrutiny. My daughter Raved! Couldn't believe it! She will actually come home from friends houses when I tell her I made this. I stumbled on this recipe. Yay! It will be a fav for a long time to come. I will admit that the breadcrumbs on top are useless. They don't add flavor. They don't cook well. They don't add aesthetics. They don't hinder flavor though. I have experimented with differ crackers. I use Ritz. The have several differ flavors out. My fav accents to the dish are the vege flavor and the bacon flavor. All a matter of taste.

Stuffed Tomatoes

I am not fond of tomatoes. My husband loves them. Therefore I gritted my teeth and made this. I made it vegetarian though because I had already made a meat portion to our meal. I substituted sausage with whole kernel corn. I ate all of it. It was, actually, pretty good. Flavorful. Juicy. Next time I am gonna try it with sausage. (like the recipe says) I can only imagine the mouth watering that will ensue.

I will make again with less cream cheese. My throat and mouth were coated in it with every bite. Will admit that I do not use cream cheese much but it balanced out the heat.
