Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
Never made meringue pie before. It intimadated me. This was soooo easy. It was delicious and the family wants me to make it again. Thanks Emilie for sharing. Your grandmother would be proud of you! I love it!

Bread Pudding II
We loved this bread pudding. I have made maybe 6 recipes for this and nothing came out like the good old fashion bread pudding. My husband said "here we go again" LOL But he ate a lot and loved it too. I made a sauce that uses brandy. I used a round glass bowl to put it in the oven and it was just as good. It was so good even the second day. Thanks for sharing...

Baked Scallops
This was wonderful. I added shrimp to the recipe and put it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper so it wouldn't stick. Wonderful flavor. So we had a fisheman's plate with scallops and shrimp. If you make it as it is then you can't go wrong this recipe.
