Baked Scallops

I don't eat scallops, but I made this for my boyfriend and his daughter, and it was a hug hit! No changes, it's perfect the way it is!

This is a great recipe! I made it yesterday for a going away barbeque for my aunt, everyone loved it! I used a small loaf of fresh Italian bread and cut the slices into finger food sized pieces after cooking them. I also lightly pre-toasted the slices, which I think is a must. Next time I might try serving this with a marinara dipping sauce! Thanks Alison!

Maple Glazed Ribs

I don't eat ribs, but I just made this for my boy friend. It was a huge hit! I cooked them in the oven in the same dish that I marinated them in. I cooked them at 350, and I flipped them during the 20 minute cooking time. I reheated some for a friend and she thought they were just like the ribs she had eaten in a favorite Chinese restaurant a few years ago. All together a huge hit!!! Thank you Karen!

Cheesy Potatoes

We didn't care for this recipe. It ended up just potatoes with globs of cheese stuck to them. We prefer more of a cheese sauce for our cheesy potatoes. We will not be making these again, thanks anyways.

The Popcorn Cake

I made this recipe and sent it to a party I did not attend. The reviews I got back were very positive. I changed the peanuts to peanut butter chips, and I added a few extra chocolate chips. I did not get to taste it but it seemed to be a hit. The only negative words were from my boy friends' 18yr old daughter who wants me to make it with Rice Krispies next time. It looks like a keeper. I want to add, this was the dish I made for the kids at the party.

Franks in Peanut Butter and Chutney

This recipe was a disaster at my last dinner party. I thought the sauce would be like a spicy thai sauce, it wasn't. It was like hot dogs in hot peanut butter
