Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2014
Fantastic easy dumplings! Perfect as written but also amazing personalized, this is my new favorite dumpling recipe even though I've been making them from scratch for years. Thank you so much for sharing it!

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2012
This was pretty good, it turned out juicy and the flavor was good. I didn't have fines herbs but googled it and added 1/2 tsp each of chives, parsely, and tarragon in lieu. I dipped each side of steaks in the butter garlic sauce then followed another reviewer's advice and broiled skin up for 4 min, flipped and poured over the lemon sauce and broiled for another 4 minutes (I hate it when it's not done all the way.) Not the best salmon I ever had, but it was really good, easy to make, and not dry. I will definitely make again! :)

Sweet and Sassy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
We all agreed this was awesome! I made it a marinade and massaged it in the bag, for a total of 30 minutes. I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine, and used garlic powder and coarsely chopped onions for the hubby and kids and it was a huge hit! Very tender and excellent hot sweet flavor! Thanks!

The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2007
As per other user's 'bland' warning, I used 1 cup of shredded colby/jack cheese instead of romano, added 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro, substituted bisquick for the flour, added a dash of cumin and paprika, and only used about a tablespoon of milk.(Next time I will omit.) They were awesome! Thanks!

This was EXCELLENT! I prefer banana bread with the tang of buttermilk so I added 2 tbsp of buttermilk powder. Best bread ever!

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2006
This sauce is awesome, since I love lemon and horseradish. I've made this the long way and made the sauce separate to eat with boiled potatoes. Excellent!

Divinity

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2005
This tastes great and I have a kitchen aid mixer so it was very easy to make.. untill it got to putting it on the wax paper. How ironic that "Divinity" fudge is such a hassle. Tastes great but I probably won't make again.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
these were okay, my family liked them but they tasted just like fork cookies.. maybe theyre the same thing.. but i added milk to the batter because it was really dry and crumbly, and it got really sticky.. then i squished them down like forks and they turned out okay.. i prolly cooked them for too long but they tasted fine, a little bland tho..

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2005
I used half of the white sugar granny smith apples and i sprinkled the top with nutmeg and it was good. I will probably use less water becase I cooked it 10 less and the apples were still too soft for my taste. But other then that it was great but not as good as my other apple crisp recipe.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2004
This stuff really is good and easy to make. I, too, have a supercharged microwave (1800w single phase), so I set the power to 7 and followed the directions the same. It's awesome!
