Left out bell peppers due to my picky eaters and used crushed Ritz since I was out of saltines and was still wonderful.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2015
Made with only cheeses since I didn't have any and had hungry kids to feed. Still tasted awesome, kind of like the cheese filled pizza crusts. Will definitely make again.

Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2015
Made this as recipe stated, batter was way too fluffy and thick, I had to try to flatten down and didn't cook in middle before outsides were done. Couldn't taste the banana much and pancakes by themselves didn't have much flavor but were OK covered well with syrup and butter. Won't make again, I'll just put peanut butter and banana on my regular pancakes. Might work better with less baking powder as suggested earlier or more liquid

Blueberry Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2015
Great moist tender muffins with good flavor, one of next recipes I've tried so far, only thing is I didn't care for the streusel cinnamon stuff when my blueberry muffin flavor so might try again and leave that off

Chef John's Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2015
Flavor was good but not better than my usual recipe so I won't switch. Used the two cups of water called for, 1 listed in ingredients and second where it says add another cup of water and had to cook for an additional 15 minutes after original 45 minutes plus turn heat up to medium the last 15 and it finally got thick. I would say don't add that additional cup of water.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2015
Made with a 10 oz bag of coleslaw because that's what I had and just poured off the bit of extra sauce. This is super easy and the best coleslaw I've ever made

Kitty Litter Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2014
So glad to find this recipe for this after losing mine. Came out wonderfully. Did not use liner, and I used yellow cake because that was all I had and it still came out great. I used a little more green food color in my cookie crumbles and used all of the pudding. Like someone else mentioned, I mixed pudding in right away.

Baked Eggplant Parmesan

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2014
Terrific recipe! This recipe made an eggplant lover out of me. I was skeptical about eggplant as my first attempt years ago tasted , as I recall, much like a sponge). This was super easy to make, too. Came out perfectly! Will definitely be making this again and have added it to my "favorites" file! Thank you for sharing it!

Oatmeal Pie V

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
I made the chocolate version but this pie was nothing like a pecan pie, no gooey layer, the oatmeal soaked it all up and didn't form a crust on top like the pecans do in a pecan pie which is what I was looking for. Flavor was was blah; no one wanted to eat a second piece.

Easy Brownie Mix Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2014
I'd eaten these before and loved them, and this is just the recipe I was looking for. Glad it was so super easy to make, too! I used a small packet of brownie mix, about 10 ounces, so I just halved everything else and it worked fine. I'd say only leave on pan to cool 1 minute instead of 2 because the first pan full came off just fine and the second was getting difficult. I didn't use chocolate chips, saving calories, and they are still wonderful. I'm thinking peanut butter chips or peanut butter m&m's would be great in these.
