This is my rendition, made with spelt flour, only half a cup of fat( Butter) and I used a mini whisk to garnish with a simple royal vanilla icing (1 c confectioners sugar, 1 egg white beaten to fluff and vanilla to taste....only really used half for entire recipe. Needed 11 minutes of cooking.
