Angel Whispers
I thought the dough was the perfect consistency. I made sure the butter was at room temp before I creamed it with the sugar. I doubled the zest. Rolled into parchment logs, cut into 1/4" rounds after chilling for an hour. I skipped the lemon curd and made a lemon buttercream instead. Yum!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad
While I really like this recipe, I think that it makes too much dressing. But I generally don't like a lot of dressing on my salad. I omit the poppy seeds, opting for a toasted walnut or almond in the salad. I agree with the other reviewers that you should add the dressing at the last possible second.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
I make this all the time...mostly for entertaining. So easy and everyone loves it. I usually end up adding more water - at least 1.5 cups...sometimes more. I use frozen cheese tortellini because I always have it on hand. I also will use canned tomatoes if I don't have any fresh ones. Very flexible soup!
