J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Similar to my biscuits but I use buttermilk and self rising flour. Do not knead the dough much at all or they will be tough. Use just enough milk so it will stick together, that way you won't need to knead much. Pour milk in a little at a time until you get consistency the way you need it.

Superior Shores Slaw
I added: grated small onion and left out the green onion, black pepper, more mayo, red wine vinegar. Used 2 packets of truvia instead of sugar. Doesn't need salt. Fine Grated carrots and coarser grated cabbage, and celery seed. Didn't use the bacon but one day I will. It's delish. Just adjust ingredients to your taste. I do that with all cooking except baked goods. That's my mamas department. :)

Super Al's Cocktail Sauce
I didn't go by the exact amount of the ingredients. Used same ingredients. Prepare to suit your taste. My husband and I agree, this is the best tasting seafood sauce we've ever tasted.
