Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Came out great. Had to substitute some applesauce for vegetable oil and sour cream for the yogurt and they still came out wonderful. The kids love them.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Great recipe, I use slightly less of the artichokes/spinach, use fontina cheese, add a dash of red pepper, salt and pepper and it's wonderful.

I made the exact recipe and it had excellent flavor! Something different for dinner. I added a bit extra cayenne to mine and my husband's portions to spice it up a bit. Great recipe!
