Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Very easy to make and super delicious. I used a box seasoned Mexican rice to add some flavor to the plain corn and black beans. Omitted the pinto beans and diced tomatoes/chilies and it still tasted great. 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, and one box of Mexican rice and sprinkled cheese filled 10 smaller-sized tortillas.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Great, thank you! Mine was more fluffy than creamy, which I did like, but it does resemble corn bread with extra corn as some reviewers said. Here's the changes I made with suggestions by other reviewers: - 1 egg, beaten - 3 Tablespoons of butter, melted - no sour cream - 1 Tablespoon of sugar - 1 Cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese - Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
