My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking for other people. I get requests from my family/friends and then experiment with recipes until they're to my liking.
My cooking triumphs
Anything that looks good, and tastes even better. Just tried a great flan recipe from this site, and I'm looking to try the "chocoflan" (chocolate cake with a flan layer on top....most delicious thing I've ever had), so if that works, I'll be adding it as my ultimate cooking triumph. :)
My cooking tragedies
The only thing I would consider a tragedy was a cheesecake recipe I tried three years back using ricotta cheese. It may have turned out like it was supposed to, but it was the worst thing I had ever made. Everyone spit it out after taking the first bite, and to this day, I still get made fun of for that by my family.

Baked Ziti I
Yummy, yummy recipe! I combined sour cream with 8oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c parm cheese, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, and an egg for my version of a ricotta-type filling. I also used shredded mozzarella cheese instead of provolone. Not sure how traditional mine turned out but it was delicious!! Thanks for

Baked French Fries I
First of all, the cooking time depends on how thin or thick you cut your taters, so keep an eye on them after 30 min; I also baked at 400ºF instead of 450ºF. You definitely need to add salt to the seasoning as well, but overall a yummy recipe for a yummy side!
