Restaurant Style Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
I AM southern and although I haven't used mushroom soup for sausage gravy, I fully intend to, I DO use it for a shortcut when making fried foods and rice or potatoes. Love it! For a change I use the mushroom with roasted garlic. All recipes are the taste of the the one preparing it.

Honey-Raisin Quick Bread
I love raisin bread so wanted to try this one. The only changes I made was to add 1 teaspoon,maybe a teaspoon and a half of cinnamon to the batter. I also added a vanilla glaze to the top. It came out a little dry but then I discovered when I went to put something in the microwave that I forgot to put the butter in. It was wonderful as is but can't wait to try it with the butter, that probably will keep it from being dry, Thank you for the great recipe, I will probably never buy raisin bread again.

Boiled Peanuts
Great recipe. We like the traditional way of making boiled peanuts, I know each southern region has their own way of making peanuts, but this is the way I remember from trips to the North Georgia mountains when I was a kid. Thanks!!
