Stuffed Green Peppers I
My family loves this recipe, including my daughter who doesn't usually like bell peppers. I subbed ground beef with lean turkey, I subbed white salt with seasoned salt, sautéed 2 cloves of fresh garlic along with the onions and turkey, added Italian seasoning to the meat mixture and doubled the Worcestershire sauce. After stuffing each pepper, I topped with pasta sauce (roasted garlic Preggo) instead of tomato soup. I then used any additional cup of cheese to top each stuffed pepper, then finished each off with Italian seasoning. It was great. I served with Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread, another grey recipe from Such a wonderful meal. My daughter says it is the only thing better than In N Out Burgers' animal style fries. Haha

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
This was my first time sautéing chicken on the stove top, as I don't cook often. I looked for a great recipe online and came across this one. My family, including my MIL all loved this chicken! I was so pleased. I followed the original poster's recipe exactly, because I was afraid it would be an awful disaster. The one exception is that I used 3 chicken breast scallopine (from Sprouts), and instead of 4 chicken breast halves. I also rubbed the chicken with the spice mixture. The end result --it was moist and delicious. My 9 y.o. daughter said it was a little too spicy for her but she liked the chicken a lot. First time I've ever used someone else's recipe and it came out lovely.
