Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2005
This is a very good chocolate cake. It is more like a sheet cake, and very moist. It is so good with the peanut butter. I added milk chocolate and peanut butter chips to the batter and it was great. I took this to a group get together and everyone loved it. I will make it again for sure!

My family loves this chicken pot pie recipe. It isn't too hard and I usually have all the ingredients right on hand. I make my own 10" pie crusts and it turns out great!

Baklava

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
This is a very rich and buttery dessert. It looks pretty too. I made it for a Purim Party and everyone loved it. I did use about 3/4 cup more butter then was called for, but it made it all the better. A great recipe and oh so delish!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2005
I made these muffins for my husband to take to the musician's breakfast at our church on Sunday they all loved them. I thought they were just a bit dry, but they tasted great. Next time I will add more banana and butter and throw in some nuts. The topping made them so much better then ordinary banana muffins. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2005
This was a great pizza! My husband loved it and I have made it twice in one week. I did use colby and montery jack cheese instead of Ramon and Pizza Crust 1. It still turned out great. Thanks for the great recipe.

Classic Tiramisu

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2005
Great recipe. I did tweek it a bit and used brandy and coffee for a different flavor. My husband loved it. It was very good and I usually don't like Tiramisu. I also used a springform pan as others suggested and it was very pretty. Thanks for the great dessert. I will be making it again for sure.

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2005
I did change these a bit to suit my taste, but they turned out great. I left out 1/2 cup flour to ensure that they were moist. I also did my seasonings differently too. I added ginger, but didn't put in as much cloves or nutmeg. I guess you could use pupkin pie spice and add to taste. They turned out wonderful though and everyone raved out them. I have made them several times since I found this recipe and each time they are gone in a day or two. Thanks for the great recipe.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2006
This is now my standard mac and cheese recipe. Everyone loved it. It is just the way my husband and I like our homemade macaroni and cheese. I did use just sharp cheddar instead of mild and sharp. You could use different cheeses and it will still be great!

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
I followed some advice from the others and only used 1 3/4 cups flour I used all brown sugar and used butter instead of shortening for better flavor. Some suggested adding more blueberries which would be good too, but I thought there were plenty with just the 2 cups it called for. Great recipe for dessert or breakfast. This ones a keeper
