Candied Almonds

Very good! I thought the syrup would never change to the crystal sugar, but then it did-so quickly too! I really thought I had done something wrong, but nope-they turned out perfect. Will make again and again!

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
Came out great! It actually made a bit more than I needed for 12 cupcakes, but I'd rather have extra than not enough! So easy and convenient!

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
Very quick meal to prepare, would be ideal for a babysitter or a freezer meal because it's so simple to put together and toss in the oven. I thought it tasted ok, but was wayyyyy too salty for my tastes. If I could figure out a way to lower the salt, it would be perfect. My husband loved this though, so we'll keep it for nights I'm out of town.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
We loved this recipe. Keep this in the freezer and it'll keep for weeks-great presentation for company. We used reeses peanut butter cups halved for the top of each slice and mixed some into the batter as well.

Sugared Rhubarb Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
Pretty good-I thought they could have used more flavor though-maybe some cinnamon. They'll make a great breakfast throughout the week though!

Croutons

Perfect for snacks or soup. I originally made them with soup and ended up eating most of them before putting them on my soup-yum!

French Onion Soup V

This soup was AMAZING! I added a few drops of worcestershire sauce and it tasted so great. I was definitely impressed. Left out the wine, and I'll make this soup again!

Cheddar Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2009
This was a great easy recipe! I used regular bacon that I cooked in the micro and crumbled. Took no time at all to put together, and I already had all the ingredients in my fridge/pantry! Will serve it today for the football game! Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
This was absolutely the best-I used enchilada sauce instead of salsa and put some enchilada sauce on the bottom and top-AMAZING and EASY!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Soooo delicious. I wanted to make a copycat of my great aunt's pumpkin cookies and this is the recipe! I'm so glad to find this! I used a cream cheese frosting, but unfrosted tasted great too!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2009
This was amazing. I used it as a starting point, but did taste it after following the recipe exactly-ohhh so good! Then, since I didn't have enough ingredients for my pumpkin cookies, I just added more powdered sugar and milk until I had enough. Still yummy!

Crunchy French Toast Sticks

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
Definitely needed cinnamon and vanilla, and even then it lacked something. Maybe add sugar. Not sure, anyway, they were good for the occasional breakfast. I think little kids would definitely like these.

This was amazing! We doubled the vanilla and added just a bit more sugar. It tasted just like the mall's Orange Julius!

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
We decided to bake these because of health reasons and they were just ok. I think they would have been better had we fried them like the recipe states-but they still would need a bit more flavor for our tastes. My husband votes for me to make this again, but I'm not so excited.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Next time, I'll follow the other reviewer's advice and drastically cut the sugar-this was WAY too sweet to be just white bread. Also, it turned out kind of heavy-but that could have been my error-I'm just not the best at making bread----yet!
