Easy Homemade Chili
Loved it! This was so easy to make. I did make a few small changes. I substituted the ground beef for diced steak, and diced roasted tomatoes instead of the stewed, also added some Chopped green chili peppers and cayenne pepper. I had never made chili before so I wanted to start with something easy. It turned out perfect. Thank you! Thank you!

Impossible Buttermilk Pie
I decided to use this recipe because I had a ton of leftover buttermilk I didn't know what to do with. The recipe is great, I think I'm just not a huge fan of buttermilk pie. I may have over cooked a little bit. I baked it for about 45 minutes instead of the thirty. It looked too soupy and the knife wasn't coming out clean. I think if I cooked it the correct time maybe it would have more of a custard texture.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Not only is this the best Cornbread recipe I've ever tried, it's the best cornbread I've ever tasted. Not grainy or overly dry, it's perfectly fluffy & has the perfect amount of sweet for my palette. I melted the butter and added the sugar in the saucepan, but then I poured it in my stand mixer and finished the recipe in that. It went perfect with my steak chili.
