It's Chili by George!!

I have done this recipe several times. I follow the recipe with the exception that I add more salt and about a 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper. There is only me and my husband, so we get many meals out of one batch. It freezes beautifully and lasts for weeks. We also like to use it for chili omelets, and it is fantastic served over steamed rice. I do it on the stove top, and I have never had a problem with it coming out runny. This is a great all purpose chili, and you can make adjustments to your liking easily.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

A real hit, thanks Chris! So easy to make, juicy and flavorful! This will become a staple in our house. We find that high heat make hockey puck burgers, so we cooked over medium and they came out perfectly.

T's Easy Chicken

Somehow I seriously messed this one up. I cut it down to 2 servings, but before the chicken was even close to done, I had to remove everything but the chicken from the pan becuase it was burning to the bottom. I should have used more olive oil. It still tasted good and I could tell it had the potential to taste great (Had I not managed to mess it up) Next time I am just going to use the sauce for 4 with 2 breasts, maybe cut into chunks... hmmm...(this is where I get into more trouble)

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

eh, it was ok. Maybe I did something wrong, but it did not turn out as expected. I will only make again if these are the only ingredients in the house and we are out of italian dressing to marinate the chicken in. Not a keeper.

Oregano Chicken

This was great,all I heard for the first five minutes of dinner was "WOW". I scaled it down to 3 servings, and served it with steamed rice and veggies. This had such a good flavor. Originally I was worried the chicken would be dry, since it wasn't marinated, but the chicken was juicy and tender. A real surprise!

Berry Trifle

I love this recipe, it was ecxellent. I took this to a Chinese New Year event, so I omitted the liqueur. My desert was the first to go and the entire night people were telling me how wonderful it was and asking me for the recipe, which I happily shared. Thanks Iron Chef, it was the talk of the evening.

Chicken Marsala Florentine

This is one of the best that I have tried. I cut the recipe to three servings, but only used two chicken breasts (dinner for two), and it turned out perfect. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing. Served with steamed veggies and garlic mashed potatos. I will make this again, and often. Thanks Shannon, this was great!!

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas

Have made this twice. Both times I watched the man in my life eat 8 tacos in one sitting! This was great, I doubled the sauce and added the juice of one lime and it came out great. And the leftovers seem to get better everyday. Since there are only two of us, we get a weeks worth of meals from this recipe. Thanks Ronaldo.
