Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Awesome recipe, my picky husbands favorite! Parm cheese is difficult to melt so I start the sauce an hour before dinner and let it simmer on low at the end while stirring occasionally so it gets nice and creamy. I also use half & half instead of milk, because if you are going to eat alfredo, you should really eat alfredo. I also double the pepper... This is not the recipe for you if you are on a diet! ;) Serve with pasta, broccoli, and chicken and BOOM, better than Olive Garden!

Apple Cinnamon White Cake
AWESOME! If you like coffee cake.. and you like apples.. this is the recipe for you. I doubled this recipe one for my house and one to bring to a fall bridal shower, er reading other reviews suggesting it didn't have much apple flavor so for the liquid ingredients I did half milk/half apple sauce. The flavor was to die for and the cake was incredibly moist, also probably because of the apple sauce. I also baked for 30 min, then checked with a toothpick, then did two more 10 minute intervals checking each time. It is melt in your mouth delish. The perfect fall recipe. I also used red delicious apples, and would suggest also adding one more apple if you enjoy the little juicy chunks of fruit. Thank you for this recipe!!!!! I will make this for thanksgiving!

Alfredo Sauce
I doubled this recipe and followed almost to a T, knowing that authentic alfredo is not just parm, I also used shaved asiago and romano cheeses. This sauce needs to be stirred CONStANTLY with a wisk so it does not seperate, also, I find that parm is difficult to melt, so leave it on the stove for a while after finishing on LOW mixing it while making your noodles and protein and it melts it just takes a bit. I also found this to be too thick, mixed one cup of cheese in at a time and omitted the third cup. I also added some milk because I still wasnt satisfied with the consistency....Also alfredo really NEEDS black pepper so I added a tablespoon near the end ;)
