Mom's Pumpkin Pie
LOOOOOVE this recipe! I follow the directions to a T and it turns out great everytime. I doubled the recipe and made 3 9" deep dish pies, cooking each for 10 minutes longer because it was still a little liquidy on top. Served cold with whipped cream.
We kept one, I sent one to a co-worker's family and one to work. EVERYONE devoured it. Even three people who generally do not like pumpkin pie had seconds and raved about the recipe! My boyfriend had two peices everyday until it was gone, and he never eats sweets. A WONDERFUL recipe, and I'm already being asked to make more.
