White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Excellent recipe! I added a 6 oz. package of dried cranberries and reduced the white chocolate chips to 1 Cup. They're beautiful and soooooo tasty.

Easy recipe. I added Parmesan and Romano on top as well as seasoned salt and covered the dish with foil to keep the pasta from drying out. Very yummy. I might try using heavy cream instead of milk next time. But great, nonetheless.

Peach Cake II

Very easy recipe to prepare. I used 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup of peach juice and it still came out just fine. I also put a light glaze on the cooled cake (powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and vanilla soy milk) and was very pleased. I will use this recipe again.
