Sausage and Spinach Soup

Awesome recipe. I used a low fat chicken italian sausage and cut it a little smaller than suggested. This made it healthier and easier since I didn't have to drain off any fat/grease. I also added celery. Definitely will be added this to my normal rotation.

Pineapple Angel Food Cake II

Very Bland. Needs more pineapple. There is another recipe on this site Pineapple Angel Food Cake I that has double the pineapple. Next time I will try that recipe.

Southwestern Chicken and White Bean Soup

This soup is cooking right now. It looks/smells good. I needed to alter the recipe because there didn't appear to be enough liquid. I had to double both the salsa and the chicken broth. I dont think the measurements are correct

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

These came out great! The only down fall is the recipie only makes 12. In the future I'd probably make a double batch. The brownies come out chewy and delicious!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Best Vodka Cream Sauce Recipie I've found! Replaced Heavy Cream with Light Cream, doubled the red pepper flakes, used hot sausage instead of sweet, and replaced the parsley with basil. Makes a very pretty, gourmet looking meal. Very easy to make!

Buffalo Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

I really like this recipie. I altered it a bit because I like my food with a little more flavor. Replaced chopped jalepenos for the chopped green pepper, added more hot sauce, and substituted gorganzola for blue cheese. Made it for a potluck and everyone like it. (Didnt freeze very well though)
