Crazy Chicken Marinade Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
I didn't have any limes, so I used 1 lemon per 2 limes for the recipe and also added garlic powder to it. Came out amazing. Will definitely use this again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2007
Considering it was my first time making pancakes, they came out pretty good. I used light margarine, egg whites instead of the whole egg (mostly because I halved the recipe and it called for 1/2 an egg)and also added a bit of ground cloves. My theory is if the batter doesn't taste good the end product won't taste good. I believe my baking powder was too salty so I think next time I'll eliminate the salt altogether. I used a packet of sweet n low (on top of the sugar) to compensate for the salty taste. My pan was too big and I guess I had the heat on too low initially so the first pancake was kind of thin and flat since the batter spread out so much. The other ones came out pretty good. Thanks for the recipe, I'll definitely be making these again. Can't wait to try it with the vanilla extract.

Sugar Cookies IX

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2007
I used margarine instead of butter and I was suprised to see that they still came out great. I think I may have put in a little too much baking soda or powder because the cookie had somewhat of a cake like texture. I only had one tbsp of vanilla left so I added a dash of ground cloves for more flavor. I followed other users suggestions and baked them for 12 minutes at 350F. Loved the taste. Great recipe to have when you don't have a lot of ingredients around. Great recipe in general.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
I used chocolate soy milk and cut the honey down to one table spoon although you could probably take it out altogether with the sweetness from the chocolate. Like others suggested, I froze the banana. Tasted amazing. Thank you so much for this recipe. Can't wait to make it again.

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
I used spice cake instead of the yellow cake mix and chopped peanuts instead of the chocolate. My dad and all my friends loved them. Can't wait to do some more experimenting with this recipe. Thank you so much!

Fun Cookie Suckers

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2004
I made these for my final project in hospitality class. Not only did I get an amazing mark, but my teacher, as well as a lot of my friends, asked for the recipe. They're great tasting, colourful, and will have many people wanting more.
