the perfect recipe as written! only change i made was to use a bowl versus making it in the pan. so delicious. great for vegans, people w/ allergies and anyone looking for a great chocolate cake recipe. almost too simple to believe!

Maple Salmon

so so yummy and so so easy! I used crushed garlic instead of fresh cloves because of what I had. I used a little sea salt and garlic powder instead of garlic salt. my guests raved about this salmon. will definitely make this again and again!

Delicious Apple Sauce

Making apple sauce is easy peasy! I will never by from a store again! I do reccommend like other reviewers to cut sugar way down and use about half the water.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Easy and yummy! I used rinsed kidney beans and chili ready diced tomatoes. I also coated the chicken in the taco seasoning to givve the chicken itself a little more flavor. I added a little more chili poweder and threw in some garlic powder. I would keep the beer instead of using water like some reviewers suggest. It gives it a nice flavor.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

My hubby is a super fan of this meatloaf. I tried the brown sugar meat loaf that was highly rated on this site and he didn't like it half as much. Next time, I will us cheddar Ritz crackers as suggested in comments. Can't go wrong with more cheese. :)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This was good butm, a little too sweet for me even when I cut the brown sugar. I much prefer the Rempel Family Meatloaf on this site. Very easy, though.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Holy Macaroni! If you like real mac n cheese, you should make this. I didn't alter much. I added almost 1/2 a cup of milk. For the topping, I used butter crackers, the suggested melted butter and also added parmasen chz & blk pepper. I think I also used a little more shredded cheese then the recipe called for. All in all, totally yummalicious. Try this recipe! : )

Pumpkin Bread IV

This is a hit every time I make it. It's a spicey fall favorite/ I get requests for it every year when the leaves fall. I took the advice of other users and used apple sauce instead of the oil. Sometimes I do half and half. This is a no fail recipe. Too easy!

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were incredible! I will always use buttermilk in my blueberry muffins. I didn't change a thing except for use a few more blueberries. I had about a pint and a half. I also put raw sugar on toptowards the end of the baking process. Just a little. You want to make these muffins. Everyone will love you more for it. Trust me! ; )

Pasta Lasagna

This was an easy and yummy recipe. I used 1lb italian sausage instead of ground beef. I also used whole wheat penne and fresh basil. On top, I used fresh mozzerella as well as shredded. Very simple. I will make this again.

Lime Fish Tacos

Everyone loves these tacos! I use tilapia and steam the fish in lime juice with cilantro. I serve it with black bean and corn relish on whole wheat tortillas. Also, with the sauce, I use yogurt instead of mayo. Enjoy!
