Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
I diced these potatoes since I have young children, but used the oil and onion soup as writen. I followed some reviewers suggestions to put them on a wire rack over a cookie sheet and they were amazing! I doubled the recipes and tried one batch with ranch dressing mix as someone suggested and although that was good too, all my kids (even my youngest) preferred the onion soup. Thanks for such a good, easy recipe! It will become one of our staples!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
My family really loved this recipe! I added a little more cheese than called for since we like things cheesy, but other than that I followed the recipe and it turned out great. I didn't quite cook it 1 1/2 hours though and it done and getting dark on the bottom.

Peach Upside Down Cake I
We all absolutely loved this cake! It was so moist and delicious! I used sliced peaches instead of the halves and I think that worked a lot better. The only problem I had was that I had to cook it 55 minutes since at 40 the middle was still very runny. That meant the edges got burned, but since it's an upside down cake I was able to cut them off easily and no one was the wiser (except my husband when he found the edges in the trash).
