Cole Slaw Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
We love this recipe! For a head of cabbage, I double it all but not the vinegar. We sub Splenda for the sugar and have a great sf cole slaw to enjoy! Thanks!

Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2005
This was easy to put together and the family liked it. I don't care for the splenda aftertaste but others didn't notice it. Be sure to smooth out the top before baking as what you see is what you get.

Incredible Punch

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
I made this punch for my dd's grad party. It is so easy to keep refilling the punch bowl since it is already mixed. I used regular ginger ale since I couldn't find rasp ale. I used 2 bottles of cran-rasp juice. Easy with great flavor!

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
These are great! I've made them for a sandwich buffet and for hot pork pulled meat sandwiches. Yummy! I don't do the egg wash as my kids don't like things too hard w/ their braces. Great flavor.

Spicy Chicken Thai Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
This soup was great! Suggestions: 1. break up the noodles before adding to crock pot 2. I used 1/2 the amt of celery 3. Next time I'll add a bit of cabbage 1/2 way through 4. I left out the curry - it isn't allowed in my kitchen. Very, very good recipe -- the whole family loved it! Can't wait to try the leftovers.

Hot Pizza Dip

This is good but hard to serve with the top layer of cheese. Too much hassle probably to serve again with so many dips to choose from.

FabUlous!!! I made this soup today and everyone loved it!! The Asian flavor is wonderful; the best soup I've ever had. I left out the green peppers and celery (kids!) and didn't have zuc but it was just great. Will make again and again!! Thanks for posting this.

White Pizza Dip

Yummy!*!*! I mixed this the night before, then added pepperoni and cheese (including some parmesan) before heating. I toasted thin slices of french bread brushed w/ olive oil. I also added the 16 oz of sour cream as recommended by other reviewers. Will make again!!

This is good, my dd made it for a Mexican potluck she was attending. All were impressed and liked it. It is soupy, just deal with it. My German DH that likes to dunk his food loves it! LOL

Ham Bone Soup

This is a great soup! A wonderful change of pace and great use for ham bones. I used tomato sauce instead of chunks as my family prefers no pieces of tomato. Really good & easy! I've already made it several times.

French Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2003
Fabulous!!! Just turned out wonderful and my whole family told me this was the best French Bread I had made. I used bulk yeast - 2 1/2 Tablespoons and it didn't taste too yeasty at all. I'm not sure the rolling makes a heck of a difference so I'm going to try just shaping next time. Very good recipe! Thanks for sharing it with us!!!

Texas Beef Soup

This is a wonderful soup! Great flavor and the beef was good and tender. I cut the beef cubes smaller when I started. I also added a 6 oz. can of tomato paste with the vegetables to make it thicker. Just yummy!!
