Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
This is the flakiest crust I've ever tasted! Easy to make and a cinch to work with. I miss the buttery flavor though so I plan to use butter flavored shortening next time - or I may add butter in place of some of the shortening.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Delicious recipe as written. The dough was easy to work with. I followed other suggestions and rolled the dough with powdered sugar and it added a sweetness to the outside of the cookie that was nice. But I found that adding an extra cup of sugar as some reviewers suggested, the cookies were too sweet. If you want a sweeter cookie, I wouldn't add more than an extra half cup of sugar, especially if you plan to frost them. Coupled with the sugar cookie icing on this site, these cookies didn't last long!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was a simple, perfect, and delicious pot pie! Tasted much harder to make than it actually was. I used a rotisserie chicken and that made it even easier. I also mixed the chicken and veggies into the sauce before placing in the shell and it wasn't dry at all. I also slightly pre-baked the bottom shell and I'm glad I did. The shell didn't seem to crisp up any more during the 30 min of baking time.
