Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2000
This is the best pumpkin bread! I added rum soaked raisins to the batter and I also doubled the spices which really brought out the flavor. Delicious!!!!!

Quick Chili I

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2000
It was sooo good! The best chili I have ever made. I modified it a little, replacing beer for the water and adding a little cinnamon, cocoa powder and red ground pepper. It was delicious!

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2002
This cobbler is the best I have ever made! I get requests for it all the time now. I also used 5 large peaches, only 1 cup of sugar, and only 1 cup of boiling water and it turned out delicious!

Pan Dulces

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2000
Were very good. Only used about 4 1/2 cups of flour, it seemed like too much. More chewy like bread then others I have tasted but still good!

Tapenade

Simply delicious, I've been looking for a recipe since I ate it in Paris and this one hit the spot. I ate it on homemade french bread, with roasted bell peppers and goat cheese and it made the sandwich!

French Herb Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2000
This is excellent bread and very easy to make! I can't stop eating it. I made the filling first so it would be cool when I added it to the bread. Great the next day too, you don't need any butter!

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2001
This is very delicious bread but I don't beleive that it is exactly like french bread since this bread is soft all around (crust) and french bread normally has a crispy crust, that is what I noticed when I was in Paris anyways. But it was gone the day I made it, great for sandwiches!

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2000
I bake a lot but these cookies turned out really sweet, way too much sugar in the recipe. My boyfriend wouldn't even eat them and he eats anything! I would cut down on the sugar or something.
