Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I really don't like when reviewers give 5 stars to a recipe that they have modified. I didn't have time and made this recipe as written and wasn't pleased. I felt the meatballs were dry and the sauce didn't have much flavor except for tomatoes and garlic. It needed more italian flavor. I remember my family meatballs being more fall apart tender. I won't make this recipe again but might try one of the revisions. I wish when rating recipes, the reviewers are asked if it was made as written or with revisions!

Pork Tenderloin Diane

I loved this recipe. It was exremely easy to make and had wonderful flavor. I followed the recipe exactly except to double the sauce. I rarely follow recipes exactly, prefering to add my own touches to it but after reading a lot of reviews, felt that it was good as written. I served with boiled red potatoes and peas, very simple but delicious meal!

These are the best if you followe the recipe. I don't understand how someone can give less than 5 stars when they didn't follow the directions exactly. I think the secret was the lower baking temperature.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

This was a really easy chicken dish to make. I used dried rosemary because I didn't have fresh. Like several other reviewers, I found the glaze was pretty thin, but I took the chicken out of the pan then turned up the heat to thicken the glaze. I turned out great and everyone loved this dish. I made a rice pilaf to go with it and the glaze was good on the rice too. I'll make this again.

Pig Picking Cake II

This cake was delicious and certainly made an impression on my guests. I used sugar free pudding and cool whip free. No one noticed. I figured the pecans added enough calories! Everyone asked for the recipe.

Absolutely delicious and addicting (a comment from one of my guests). I used fresh cilantro instead of the parsley. I LOVE cilantro. I served with light pita chips.
