Brown Sugar Meatloaf
4 stars because i adjusted some things. First off i put the brown sugar coating on top no bottom. To the brown sugar mixture i added 1tbspn worceshtire sauce and only 1/4 cup brown sugar. Also i only cooked it for 40 minutes, 1 hour will make it dry. The smart thing to do is pat the meat together,make it into a loaf and put it in a bigger pan than the actual loaf. That way, every 15 minutes you pour the grease back on the meat. It will be extra juicy. The brown sugar glaze is so delicious. Enjoy.
